ich bin zwar kei zucchini fan aber ich werde das rezept mal ausprobieren. such nämlcih noch nach originellen kochrezepten für den nächsten schwiegermutter besuch :-)

Dear Mine,

I made cold stuffed grape leaves today, and I wish I thought about the zucchini blossoms as well! While picking up the little bell peppers from our veggie garden, I could easy have picked up the zucchini blossoms, but I totally forgot.

One thing I would like to add, assuming you have not written this in German (you know how much I know German!); if you were to pick the blossoms before the sun heats up, they would be all opened up. This makes it easy to stuff as well. You just have to make sure to remove the tick part in the middle. Your dolma looks delicious!

Hi Fethiye, it was my first time handling with these blossoms :) and I was very excited to taste them. The final result was more than ok. Next time, however, I will refine the taste by adding some more herbs and spices. Do you know how to cook them with minced meat?

( I have to buy all those things in local markets, what you can pick up easily from your veggie garden. I’m jealous! How big is your garden? )

Ich habe auch Zucchetti im Garten, leider wachsen sie dieses Jahr sehr schlecht. Die haben wohl irgendeine Krankheit. :-( Aber sobald sie etwas besser gedeihen, werde ich auch mal gefüllte Blüten machen, das wollte ich nämlich schon lange. Ueberigens Zucchini erntet man lieber klein als gross.
