Alle Blogger, die dieses Brot ausprobiert haben, sind maßlos begeistert. Viel kann ich im Moment dazu nicht schreiben,weil ich schon zu müde bin – versuche aber meine Erfahrung am Wochenende zu dokumentieren :) -
Ihr könnt es einfach ausprobieren, wenn ihr es noch nicht gemacht habt. Ich jedenfalls bin extrem begeistert! Überzeugt wurde ich übrigens von Tschoerda und Fethiye.

Ah es geht ja!
(sorry for the English, but I couldn’t do this in German) The recipe’s great, isn’t it? I’ve adapted it to my sourdough bread starter. I love the huge holes, which are hard to achieve in a normal oven.
